Chef Gabriele, known for his magic at Pasta & Cuore, brings his passion for authentic Italian cuisine to this new venture, combining traditional products from Emilia-Romagna with the best of New Zealand’s fresh ingredients. The result is a menu that celebrates the rich tradition of Italian cuisine in a contemporary setting.
