College & Mason Update: 18.10.20

Templeton are the proud developers of College and Mason, a beautifully crafted new development in the heart of Stonefields, Auckland.

“College and Mason will be a stunning new neighbourhood featuring 91 terraced houses as a range of two-to-five-bedrooms homes, plus 9 boutique apartments – designed by walker group architects and managed by Development Advisory Services Ltd (DASL).”

In recent weeks, JacksCo Civil Ltd have completed the stage 1 civil works, Building Consent has been granted for stage 1 construction, and Jennian Commercial have been appointed as Main Contractor for stage 1 terraced houses and have now commenced construction.
